About Chandani
• Enjoy the magic, spread the love. • Welcome to the magical world of ChaNoJa Jewelry! My name is Chandani. I'm a crazy colorful girl from this world and I am totally in love with what I do! My whimsical jewelry is created with a huge amount of passion in moments of inspiration. I want them to see the world! Let me tell you a wonderful fairy tale: My creativity slumbered for centuries until it woke up with a loud roar in 2013 - the discovery of polymer clay was godsent! Polymer Clay artists on the www somehow started to show up on my computer screen with their wonderful creations :) Don't know where they all came from... Their wonderful works inspired me and touched something long hidden inside of me - and BOOM! I got addicted to polymer clay! I am amazed at where I am today within this short time! It seems to be my calling! :) There are no boundaries to the expression of my sense of beauty and aesthetics in my ever evolving creations! I am fascinated by all colorful in this world, by all that glows under blacklight :) ... and by all boho, earthy, tribal, spiritual, nature-inspired things. I am in love with tiny details, which I involve in my eclectic creations. Here is what I like to use: Magical dragon eyes, healing gemstones, high energy stones found in nature, fluorescent color, mica powder (fairy dust), silver- glass- or wooden beads, leather and cotton cords, silk ribbons, metal charms, beautiful things from the sea and anything else that nature (and suppliers :) provides. My story: I spent my childhood in an ancient 700 year old house at the edge of a forest in "Zürcher Oberland" in Switzerland, my father a painter, my mother a teacher. The artistic had been present at all times in my early childhood. I was infected with the dangerous "travel-bug" at the age of 21 :) Travelling is upto today my most loved inspiration - after polymer clay of course! :) I visited quite a few countries around the globe: South East Asia, the Middle East, USA, Canada , Ghana and Costa Rica. I got deeply involved with many different cultures and customs, which broadened my horizon massivly, made me more open and intensified my perception of life itself. These experiences define who I am today and strongly influence my creation style. www.chanojajewelry.etsy.com www.facebook.com/Chanoja View all posts by Chandani
